1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and
delivered?
Once you have submitted the order and the status
of your payment is completed, it will normally take 1-2 working days
for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 business days for
delivery via USPS or EMS Express Mail, but sorry we do not offer overnight
shipping at this time.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
You can log in our website then visit your
account. You check the status of your order in the order history.
3. How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I
track my parcel online?
The tracking number would be sent by email once
the items have been shipped. You also can log in our website then visit
your account. You can find the tracking number there. We also support
No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge
$7.99 for shipping. The shipping of the items is online traceable. If
the amount is more than $150, we offer a free shipment.
4. What should I do if I never received the shipment?
After we provided the Tracking Number, the
customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles
unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly
on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are
convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you
or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have
furnished incorrect information in the order form.
5. What methods of payment do you accept?
There are currently three ways to pay. Most
customers are used to accept online payment with credit card. If
customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums
of goods, we strongly recommend paypoint and Western Union Money
Transfer.
(1). Online payment with credit card. This is
the most frequent payment method. It is fast and efficient.
(2). paypoint. You can also contact our online
service to get a payment request from paypoint. Just leave your
paypoint account and the product links, and we’ll send you the request
as soon as possible.
(3). Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept
payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of jewels
(usually 2,000 USD above). Please go to

and confirm you can pay by West Union, then contact us to get our
receiptor information of West Union.
6. How can I make returns or exchanges?
You can contact us by email –sales@tiffanyoverstock.com. As a general rule, articles in salable
condition are accepted to be returned in 7 days or exchanged in 15 days
after you receive them, accompanied by a sales receipt. For more

13. Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in
bulk. Are you?
Yes, it’s sure! It will be cheaper if you are a
package shopping or buy a lot of ornaments and jewelry and so on.
7. Is the Tiffany & Co jewelry 100% sterling silver? What's
the definition of sterling silver?
Yes, all our Tiffany & Co jewelery pieces are solid genuine
Italian 925 sterling silver items, sometimes partly genuine 18K gold.
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver (.925) metal. This standard is
used to assure consistent quality among sterling products. Silver that
is not described as "sterling" or ".925" has less pure silver content
and will often be darker in color and less shiny, usually is used to
make the cheap replicas. Sterling is 92.5% pure instead of 100% pure in
order to achieve the requisite hardness and stability to resist wear
and tear, and hold its shape. Sterling silver objects are usually
stamped with either the word "Sterling" or ".925".
8. Is the Tiffany & Co jewelry from Tiffanyoverstock.com
genuine? Do they come with original Tiffany & Co Packs?
All our Tiffany & Co items are purchased
from Tiffany Hong Kong Distributors, 100% genuine sterling silver made
guaranteed, exactly the same as the items in Tiffany New York stores.
All our items are stamped with "Tiffany &
Co", and will come with Tiffany & Co gift packing including a blue
box, a pouch, a silver care card and a gift hand bag. If you took the
items that you purchased to the local jewelers and were told they were
not sterling silver or the prices were not worth, we will fully Refund
your money.
All our items will not be covered by Tiffany
stores warranty, that's why we can sell at such discounted prices, but
the items could be cared by local jewelers at very low costs. Our
